Ninety-one percent of employees say CORE® is a great place to work, the clearest sign yet that the culture behind two prior certifications has held steady as the company has grown.

CORE is Great Place To Work certified for 2026

Metro Manila, September 2026 — One CoreDev IT® (CORE®) has earned Great Place To Work® Certification™ in the Philippines for a third consecutive year. This extends a record that began with the first certification in 2024, with 91% of employees saying the company is a great place to work.

In 2026, CORE® also placed #15 on the Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines list. Additionally, CORE® ranked #6 on the inaugural Southeast Asia’s Best Workplaces in Technology list.

However, the latest result carries more meaning than the streak alone. It shows what employees continued to experience while CORE® expanded its business, client base, and workforce.

For organizations researching Great Place To Work certification Philippines, the CORE® result offers a three-year record grounded in confidential employee feedback.

The Great Place To Work® Trust Index™ survey measures credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This year, several statements scored 95% or higher. Together, those scores show where workplace trust in the Philippines appears most clearly at CORE®.

Where Trust Showed Up Strongest This Cycle

Community received a 93% score, while the strongest individual statements show what supports that result.

The employee experience begins with how people enter the organization. In this year’s survey, 96% said CORE® makes new employees feel welcome.

That sense of belonging continues through fair treatment. Specifically, 96% reported fairness regardless of gender. The same percentage reported fairness regardless of sexual orientation.

Trust also depends on the conditions surrounding daily work. Accordingly, 95% described CORE® as physically safe. Another 95% confirmed access to the resources and equipment needed for their jobs.

Together, the results connect community with distinct stages of employment. Employees reported support when joining, interacting with colleagues, and performing their roles.

More importantly, these themes extend beyond the latest survey. The first certification in 2024 also highlighted workplace resources, physical safety, and fair treatment. Then, the second certification in 2025 recorded welcome, fairness, safety, and resources among its highest-rated statements.

The percentages have varied across the three surveys. However, the recurring themes provide a more useful measure of continuity than any single result.

For employees, that pattern suggests that workplace trust does not depend on one isolated program. Instead, it appears across several parts of the employee experience. For clients, the findings provide context about the environment surrounding the teams supporting their operations. They do not directly measure service performance, but they indicate whether employees feel included, safe, and equipped.

After three certification cycles, that continuity is the more significant takeaway. Employees continue to identify many of the same workplace strengths as CORE® grows.

What a Third Certification Shows

A first certification establishes an employee-experience baseline. Then, a second shows whether the organization can sustain that experience.

By the third certification, a broader pattern begins to emerge. Employees have now assessed the workplace across three consecutive stages of company growth.

That perspective matters for an Employer of Record and outsourcing partner. Global employers rely on CORE® for recruitment, compliance, payroll, HR support, and managed operations. However, successful service delivery also depends on the environment surrounding those teams. Employees need to feel respected, supported, and prepared to perform their roles.

Jonathan Miller, CEO of CORE®, emphasized the role of employee feedback in the certification, “Clients experience our workplace culture through the people supporting their operations. They see it in how teams communicate, respond, and work through challenges together. When employees feel respected, safe, and properly supported, teams have a stronger foundation for dependable service.”

Recent research provides additional context for that connection. A 2026 Great Place To Work® Philippines study represented 679,116 Filipino technology and business process management employees. Among recognized workplaces, 88% said colleagues willingly give extra effort to complete their work. Meanwhile, 90.2% said employees adapt quickly to changes needed for success.

These findings highlight two qualities that growing organizations value: commitment and adaptability. Both become increasingly important as teams, responsibilities, and client requirements evolve.

Global research offers another positive insight. Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace 2026 report found that 79% of managers at best-practice organizations were engaged in 2025. That figure was nearly four times the global manager average. Moreover, Gallup found that organizations across industries and regions can achieve high manager engagement.

Great Place To Work® and Gallup use different research methods. Therefore, their findings provide wider context rather than direct benchmarks for the 91% CORE® result.

Still, both studies reinforce the value of strong workplace relationships, responsive leadership, and teams equipped to manage change. These qualities also support employee engagement in the Philippines as organizations grow.

For CORE®, the third certification extends a workplace record shaped by employee feedback. It also shows what employees have continued to value across three survey cycles. For organizations following Great Place To Work certification Philippines results, the CORE® record now provides a longer view of workplace trust.

As CORE® enters the next cycle, the focus remains on sustaining that experience. Employee feedback can continue guiding leadership, communication, development, and practical workplace support.
