Early Life and Education
Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (1990–1994). His academic work focused on human behavior, motivation, and organizational dynamics, giving him a strong grounding in understanding what drives individuals and teams.
During his time at Cal Poly, he also developed an interest in organizational behavior and workplace motivation, subjects that would later inform his management approach. Outside the classroom, he took part in leadership and entrepreneurial activities that sharpened his skills in adaptability, communication, and collaboration.

Early Career in the U.S.
Jonathan began his career in the U.S. telecommunications sector, working in both voice and data services. His experience in direct sales and management provided him with firsthand knowledge of customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and team leadership. These skills laid the groundwork for his later ventures in global outsourcing.
Asia Premier One Source Inc. (2004 – 2022)
In 2004, Jonathan founded Asia Premier One Source Inc. (APOSI), a Manila-based contact center BPO. Over nearly two decades, he built the company into a respected partner for global clients, recognized for its cost-effective solutions, reliable delivery, and strong client relationships.
As CEO, he created a workplace culture that prioritized employee engagement and retention while consistently driving results for clients. Under his leadership, APOSI expanded steadily and gained a reputation for operational excellence and trustworthiness in a competitive industry.
Cloud Development Resources (2018 – 2019)
Jonathan also co-founded Cloud Development Resources, where he provided expertise in strategy, HR, and operations. His leadership was pivotal during the startup’s critical early phase, helping it build the structure and systems needed to grow. This venture highlighted his ability to launch, stabilize, and scale new businesses.
One CoreDev IT® (2022 – Present)
In 2022, Jonathan founded One CoreDev IT. Today, as CEO, he leads the company’s mission to provide boutique Employer of Record (EOR) services and managed outsourcing solutions. Jonathan’s vision for CORE is rooted in offering personalized, consultative partnerships rather than transactional vendor relationships.
